Proactive Real Estate Developments is a small Melbourne based residential real estate development business. Our projects range from 2 lot subdivisions, multi-lot townhouse developments through to broad-acre residential subdivisions.

The business owner is Peter Seitanidis who is also a Licensed Estate Agent with many years of property development experience. The majority of the development projects are undertaken and funded by ourselves, however we always seriously consider joint venture opportunities when they are presented to us.
